On October 17, 2019, Hire! Phlly hosted B. Hired in partnership with Independence Blue Cross during their inaugural B. PHL Innovative Festival. We convened area employees and community resources at the Community College of Philadelphia who engaged with local opportunity seekers looking to jumpstart their careers. Simultaneously, we hosted three workshops for human resources professionals focused on innovative hiring practies.
